By booking and participating in a guided tour with Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants on the tour.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or other incidents that may occur during the tour. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and health during the tour.

3. Insurance

It is the participants' responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel insurance that covers any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or other circumstances that may arise during the tour. Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 strongly recommends that all participants obtain such insurance prior to the tour.

4. Health Conditions and Medical Issues

Participants are responsible for informing Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 of any health conditions that may affect their participation in the tour. Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 cannot be held responsible for any health problems that arise during the tour.

5. Driving and Traffic Safety

Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 will do its best to ensure a safe transport experience, but cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that occur during transport. The car used during the tour has liability insurance. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the guide and use seat belts at all times. If you drive your own car during a guided tour, your are responsible for for your own driving.

6. Mountain Hiking

6.1 The Participant acknowledges that mountain hiking involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, falls, exposure to adverse weather conditions, and encounters with wildlife.

6.2 The Participant is responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for mountain hiking.

6.3 The Guide will provide instructions on safety measures and hiking routes, and the Participant agrees to follow these instructions at all times.

6.4 The Guide is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or accidents that occur during the mountain hike, and the Participant accepts to participate at their own risk.

7. Personal Property

Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour. Participants are responsible for securing their own belongings.

8. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment for the tour must be made in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the tour to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.

9. Force Majeure

Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 is not responsible for cancellations or changes to the tour program due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

10. Use of External Parties

10.1 The Guide may arrange services provided by external parties, such as kayak rentals or boat tours, as part of the guided tour experience.

10.2 The Participant acknowledges that any services provided by external parties are beyond the control of the Guide.

10.3 The Guide shall not be held liable for any errors, accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of the services provided by external parties.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Gunnar Nielsen/Org. nr: 933 323 188 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
